What services do we have to offer? It must be clear that agile coaching consists of a broad package of services and that the distinction between the different aspects of the implementation of agile software development techniques will not always be very easy to make. As a consequence, it is our opinion that a first meeting would best occur on site giving the possibility to clearly determine the needs in order to subsequently compose a detailed program to meet the requirements as discussed.

Understandably it is useful to have a preliminary discussion to assess the situation and the needs for assistance with regards to the software development processes as implemented in the organization. Does your company need assistance in implementing for the first time an agile software development technique or does it rather want to expand an existing implementation? Are current results less than expected or predicted or is there a need to fully train a team, newly composed to develop a complex application?

We work on the basis of an on-site unitary price of 1000 £ or 1150,00 EUR per day. Traveling expenses (fees and accommodation) abroad will be separately charged.
Contracts for longer periods of time are subject to negotiation.
